IWMA Strategic Plan Engagement
The IWMA Board of Directors has begun an update to our agency's Strategic Plan, which outlines our mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives for the next five years. As a crucial part of this process, stakeholders across the County were invited to provide their feedback.
We concluded a series of structured meetings with stakeholder groups, creating opportunities for open dialogue about the process and how to best to align our strategic plan with the priorities of our diverse stakeholders.
Below you will find notes from our stakeholder group meetings, along with resources including a draft strategic plan which incorporates feedback received during the stakeholder engagement process.
The agency's final Strategic Plan for 2026-2030 will be made available following formal adoption by the IWMA Board of Directors.
